Bob Griffins Dingle
Bob Griffin's is a small cozy pub located on Strand Street in Dingle, County Kerry. Known for its traditional Irish atmosphere, it is considered one of the town's most charming and quirky pubs. The pub was first opened in 1937 by Roberta Griffin and her fisherman husband, Patrick Pogan Griffin. In addition to the bar, the building originally had a fish-curing business at the back. After closing for a period following Bob's retirement, the pub was meticulously restored and reopened in 2019. The restoration successfully preserved the pub's timeless, old-world character. The interior is noted for its classic charm, complete with original features like a fireplace and uneven floors. The bar supports local producers, serving drinks like Dingle Gin and Dick Mack's Ale.
