About Tripster
Tripster is a small design poster studio based in Dingle Co. Kerry.
It is now going into its fourth year in business as a retail shop here in Dingle.
The posters are all original artwork by Paula Murchan and are digitally illustrated based on the stunning scenic beauty that is on the Dingle Peninsula and County Kerry including Slea Head, Killarney, Ring of Kerry and the rugged beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way.
Each poster is printed in the Dingle studio using the finest art paper and archival inks. The posters are influenced by travel posters of the 20’s and 30’s. They are colourful modern crisp and fun.
Paula, our creator, is an avid collector of posters, ephemera, vintage etchings and engravings. Her passion has been ingrained since her childhood having grown up in a family antique business. Moving to Dublin, she ran the very popular antique and collectors fairs in Dublin Mansion House and had a business on Francis Street before moving to Dingle almost thirty years ago. She hopes to reinvent these beautiful vintage illustrations from her collection for you to enjoy.
